CNC surface grinding machine is classified according to the nature of fault software fault and hardware fault.
1. Software fault
Software failure means that there is no hardware damage, and there is no need to replace or repair the hardware. It is only the troubleshooting of adjusted data or modified programs. There are the following types of software failures:
1) Error caused by failure of machining programming software. The fault system has an alarm display, which can check, modify, handle and eliminate faults according to the police information.
2) Machine tool data, set incorrect parameters from software fault. At present, there are many machine tool numerical control system data needs to be adjusted sometimes for setting backup battery, electromagnetic interference, abuse, and artificial change of data. Some data of this machine or a period of time after the machine needs to be adjusted, but if it is not adjusted, the machine will fail. Such failures can be eliminated with appropriate data correction.
3) Operation is incorrect software failure. These failures are often caused by errors of the new operator in the early use of the machine tool or when the machine tool is used.
2. Hardware failure
Hardware failure means that you must replace or repair the damaged equipment to eliminate the failure. Now the reliability of the CNC system is higher, so the hardware failure with low failure rate. Hardware failure is the loss of four more common PLC output connectors damaged. Interface problem of PLC input, no feedback from the system; PLC output interface problem, amplifier assembly has no access command signal and function loss. There are usually two solutions:
1) Modify the PLC program. If you have a standby interface, a simpler solution is to modify the PLC program, which is opposite to the standby interface damaging the interface.
2) Parts. This method is simple and easy to do, but the cost is high.
