1. Accurate configuration of grinding wheels: different grinding wheels are used for grinding wheels of different materials, and sharp diamond pens are used for grinding wheels. When grinding wheels, the rotation speed of the grinding wheels shall be adjusted to achieve the sharpness of the grinding wheels, so that the workpiece can be polished more smoothly;

2. The grinder is clean. A grinder can be used for a long time even if it is kept clean. This requirement is very important. It seems ordinary, but it must be persevered. Just like people wearing clean clothes, the table surface is clean, and people are comfortable to operate the grinder. 3. Feel control: the feel depends on many years of experience. When different masters operate the same grinding machine, the workpieces are different. When pasting, grooving, fine grinding and polishing products, be careful and work slowly.
